It’s the 18^th April 2008, and this is F1 Minute.

Super Aguri have cast a doubt over their short term future in the sport. After the potential deal with the Magma Group fell through, co-owner Fumio Akita said it was possible that the team would not be able to attend the Spanish Grand Prix next weekend. It’s since emerged that the first of the Super Aguri transporter’s has been dispatched to the circuit in Barcelona, although we have yet to see if the team are being overly optimistic. Akita said: “Even if we have the money to go to Spain we might not be able to carry on after that. It’s impossible to predict what will happen but it could now depend on Honda.”

Elsewhere today, the Max Mosley scandal continues unabated. Now the FIA President is seeking an injunction to stop the legendary video being able to be seen in France, despite his previous court order in the UK, failing. The scandal has already impacted on the sport, with Porsche and Volkswagen both saying they wouldn’t want to get involved because of the high costs, and because of Max Mosley.
