Seems to me that he’s not saying anything new, and really not saying that much at all, but he still has over a year to get some actual answers ready.

But what I’m still unsure of is how the sport will become affordable for the independent teams in the future. Any ideas on what Mr. Mosley's proposals will be on that issue?
