Welcome to F1Minute, it’s the 15th October 2009.

Jenson Button is looking forward to the race this weekend, and has rebuffed claims made by Vettel that all the pressure is on the Brawn boys. Vettel says he knows he has an outside chance, whilst Button has it all to fight for. Jenson, though, thinks differently: “Sebastian saying the pressure is on us is not quite the case, it is the same for all of us. We are all fighting for the championships, it is the first time for me, Sebastian and maybe Rubens. We are all fighting for something that is far greater than we have achieved in the past.”

Elsewhere, looking further ahead, Kubica believes that his new role at Renault will be a big challenge, particularly as the team tries to overcome what has been a difficult year. He says it was an easy decision though: “Renault has won world championships a few years ago so they know what it takes to win, and also the way they are thinking about racing, their mentality, I like it a lot.”
